Pioneering Senior Housing Facility in Atikokan
In October 2020, the CGV Group broke ground on Aspen Court Senior Living – a 38-unit senior housing facility in Atikokan, Ontario.
Representing a remarkable milestone for the community, this facility is on track to welcome residents in the Fall of 2021 under the management of Community Living Atikokan. The project, made possible through the immense support of the Town of Atikokan and the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, marks a significant step forward in meeting the pressing demand for senior housing in the region.
