Our leadership team is part of a much larger group of people who make CGV what it is. Across the company, our engineers, designers, estimators, project managers, administrative staff, safety professionals, finance and legal personnel, and site teams work together to make our projects possible.

Bobby Vezeau, P.Eng.

President (Partner)

Bobby is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, with a background in structural engineering. He is part of the third generation of family ownership at CGV. He has over 25 years of experience across the construction and design industry, having worked in consulting engineering, project management, and design and construction management.

As President, Bobby oversees the overall direction of the company and supports the senior leaders responsible for CGV’s development, design, construction, and finance functions.

Eric Vezeau, P.Eng.

Vice President, Development (Partner)

Eric is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario, with a background in structural engineering. He is part of the third generation of family ownership at CGV. He has over 12 years of experience across the design and development sectors and leads CGV’s development division.

As Vice President of Development, Eric works with public and private sector clients, including municipalities, housing organizations, non-profit groups, and provincial and federal housing agencies, to advance multi-residential and commercial development projects from early planning through to construction. He also oversees project administration across the organization.

Joel Vezeau, PQS, GSC

Vice President, Construction (Partner)

Joel is a Professional Quantity Surveyor and holds a Gold Seal Certification through the Canadian Construction Association. He is part of the third generation of family ownership at CGV. He has over 10 years of experience in the construction sector, with a background in estimating and project management. His experience includes time with Altus Group, a large international cost consulting firm.

As Vice President of Construction, Joel leads CGV’s construction division, overseeing project management, estimating, and day-to-day construction operations across the organization.

Mike Brousseau, M.A.A.T.O., PMP

Director, Design

Mike is a licensed Architectural Technologist and holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. He has over 25 years of experience spanning design and construction.

Before joining CGV, Mike spent 13 years with an architectural firm, where he managed design projects across multiple disciplines. At CGV, he has worked in both design and project management before taking on his current role as Director of Design. He now oversees CGV’s internal design operations and manages external design consultants on design-build and consulting projects.

Colin Keith, LLB

Director, Legal and Contracts

Colin is a corporate and transactional lawyer with over 15 years of experience. He began his career at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt, one of Canada’s prominent national law firms, before going on to work across various firms and in-house legal roles.

At CGV, Colin manages the company’s legal and contract operations, including agreements, risk management, and general legal matters. He also supports CGV’s development work through client and partner relationships, project financing, and project structuring.

Tammy Royer

Director, Finance

Tammy has over 25 years of experience in financial management and accounting, all of which has been with CGV. She manages the company’s accounting operations, financial planning and reporting, pension and benefits administration, and employment standards compliance.
