In December 2020, the CGV Group completed Dymond Court Senior Living – a modern, 68-unit, affordable, seniors housing complex in the City of Temiskaming Shores.
Recognizing immense housing demand (evidenced by waitlists spanning 8 to 10 years), the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, along with the Temiskaming Shores Seniors Housing Corporation and the City of Temiskaming Shores were essential in making Dymond Court a reality.
