Breaking New Ground: Gendron Northshore Living
In November 2022, the CGV Group broke ground on Gendron Northshore Living – a 50-unit housing facility in Marathon, Ontario.
With a $21M project budget and an anticipated completion date of January 2024, Gendron Northshore Living is filling a major housing need within the Town of Marathon and would not have been possible without the generous support of the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and the Town of Marathon.
