CGV has established itself as one of the most active multi-residential housing developers in the region. Our work in this space is primarily with non-profit housing organizations, First Nations communities, municipalities, and social services boards looking to bring housing projects forward in their communities. Those projects span a range of housing types, including seniors, affordable, supportive, transitional, First Nations, and market housing.
For many of the organizations we work with, the development process is unfamiliar territory. Our team guides clients through each stage, from early feasibility and financial modelling through to funding applications, financing, and approvals. When the pieces are in place and the project is ready to move forward, our in-house design and construction teams take it from there.
Commercial Real Estate
Commercial development, from opportunity to ownership.
CGV develops and owns commercial real estate, with a growing portfolio that includes hotels and retail properties.
We identify opportunities in communities where there is clear demand, bring together investors, secure financing, and move projects through development and construction. In most cases, the properties we develop are owned and operated by CGV as long-term investments. We also work with other ownership groups looking to develop commercial properties of their own.
