1 McLeod Drive Apartments

1 McLeod Drive is a multi-family apartment complex with a scenic overlook of Lake Superior. The three-storey facility spans 34,000 square feet and comprises 30 units, all featuring two-bedroom suites. Each suite is equipped with a kitchen, washer and dryer, and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. Notably, the ground-level suites provide an accessible and open-concept layout, creating inclusive living spaces. The complex also upholds high environmental sustainability benchmarks, achieving a 26% reduction in operating energy consumption and a 40% decrease in Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions compared to the National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings’ (NECB) standards.

The project was developed through a collaborative effort involving the Ontario Aboriginal Housing Services, the Town of Marathon, the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and the CGV Group.
