Peninsula Manor

Peninsula Manor is a modern, barrier-free senior housing facility located on the north shore of Lake Superior. The 33,000-square-foot complex houses 36 units and comprises three wings, each dedicated to a specific type of living: independent living, supported living, and assisted living. Situated on 12 acres of land, the housing facility encompasses several amenities to enhance the comfort and convenience of its residents. These amenities include a full commercial kitchen and dining hall, a recreational room, on-site laundry facilities, a courtyard and outdoor dining area, an exercise room, a hair salon, on-site foot care, and more. Peninsula Manor was also designed to accommodate a future expansion as the demand for senior housing in the community increases.

The project was developed through a collaborative effort involving the North of Superior Healthcare Group, the Town of Marathon, and the CGV Group.
