Peninsula Golf Course Clubhouse

The Peninsula Golf Clubhouse, a 3,750-square-foot fully accessible building, sits along the north shore of Lake Superior, within the esteemed Peninsula Golf Course – a traditional-style course designed by the world-renowned golf course architect, Stanley Thompson. The clubhouse serves as a hub for the members of the Peninsula Golf Course and the Marathon Cross Country Ski and Snowshoe Club. Featuring a range of amenities, including a courtyard, pro shop, locker room, offices, and a dining hall with a fireplace and a full commercial kitchen, this welcoming clubhouse serves as a community gathering space with a capacity to host 140 guests.

CGV was tasked to promptly design and construct a new facility after the community lost its former clubhouse to a fire. Within a 4-month timeframe, our team delivered the new clubhouse, ensuring an uninterrupted golf season.
