Marathon Public Works Facility

The Marathon Public Works Facility is a 20,000-square-foot municipal operations centre designed to support fleet maintenance and public works services for the Town of Marathon. The facility consists of two main components: a 13,700-square-foot fleet maintenance garage and an attached 6,300-square-foot operations and administration area.

The maintenance garage is built around a five-bay drive-through layout, with a mechanic shop, tire service area, transport wash bay, overhead crane system, and mezzanine workspace. The operations and administration area includes offices, a boardroom, change rooms, a staff lunchroom, and shop areas for metal fabrication, waterworks, and trade work.
