Dymond Court Senior Living

Dymond Court is a contemporary seniors housing facility located in Temiskaming Shores, offering 68 units designed for independent living. Each suite is equipped with essential amenities, including a fully functional kitchen, in-suite laundry facilities, an outdoor porch, and independent heating and air conditioning systems. The 65,000-square-foot facility’s modern and sleek design is further enhanced by its dedication to environmental sustainability. Dymond Court achieves a 41% reduction in operating energy consumption and Greenhouse Gas (GHC) emissions compared to the National Energy Code of Canada for Building’s (NEBC) base building. The complex also offers accessible units and provides additional amenities such as a lounge area, and a multi-purpose room with a kitchenette – fostering a vibrant and inclusive community environment.

The project was developed through a collaborative effort involving the Temiskaming Shores Seniors Housing Corporation, the City of Temiskaming Shores, the Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation, and the CGV Group.
