The CGV Group Office Building is a 6,370-square-foot, single-storey building in Cochrane, Ontario. The building includes a reception area, a waiting lounge, private offices, a cubicle area, a boardroom, and staff amenity spaces. It was also designed with provisions to accommodate future expansion.
The building has received Zero Carbon Building Design certification through the Canada Green Building Council, with operational certification to follow once the remaining requirements are complete.
