Cadence Residence

Cadence Residence is a distinguished barrier-free facility in Cochrane that provides supported living accommodations for seniors. Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this 32-unit residence spans 30,000 square feet and features numerous amenities, including a full commercial kitchen and dining hall, an inviting lounge area, a multi-purpose room, on-site laundry facilities, an outdoor covered patio, and a walking path that spans the perimeter of the building. Located on a spacious 7.5-acre property, Cadence Residence was designed to allow for future expansion, accommodating the growing senior housing needs of the community.

The project was developed through a collaborative effort involving the Cochrane District Social Services Administration Board, the Town of Cochrane, and the CGV Group.
