Job Description
As an Architectural Technologist at CGV Group, you will be a vital contributor to our design and construction teams. Your role will involve utilizing your architectural expertise to ensure the seamless development of design documents from conception through to completion. Your proficiency in design software and your creative eye will be essential in producing high-quality architectural designs and collaborating effectively with various disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive working drawings and specifications for projects in the multiresidential and ICI sectors using software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Generate accurate 3D renderings of buildings and structures to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams, including structural, civil, mechanical, and electrical, to ensure comprehensive project coordination.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Maintain architectural standards and uphold design quality.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in architectural technology.
- Architectural Technology Advanced Diploma.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit and AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated ability in generating 3D renderings of buildings and structures.
- Proven experience in preparing and coordinating comprehensive working drawings and specifications.

- The position is based at our headquarters in Cochrane, ON.
