Backed by our experienced field staff, consisting of site superintendents, carpenters, and labourers – we are well positioned to continue to thrive into the future. Together, we are committed to upholding CGV’s trusted reputation in the northern Ontario development and construction industries.
Michel Vezeau
President
A seasoned business executive with nearly 40 years of construction experience, Michel has been instrumental in guiding the CGV Group through remarkable growth over the past four decades. Beginning his career as a site superintendent, project manager, and construction manager, his hands-on and practical experience remains vital to the company’s ongoing success. As President, Michel is responsible for the overall leadership and direction of all companies within the CGV Group.
Bobby Vezeau, P.Eng.
Vice-President
A licensed Structural Engineer, Bobby brings a 360-degree perspective to the CGV team with more than 20 years of experience across the design-construct cycle, including consulting engineering, construction, and project management. As Vice-President, Bobby leads the construction and consulting divisions, while also contributing to the company’s leadership and direction to drive our continued growth and success.
Eric Vezeau, P.Eng.
Director, Technical Services
A licensed Structural Engineer with nearly 10 years of experience in the engineering and design sector, Eric began his career with an Ottawa-based consulting engineering firm gaining experience on a range of projects throughout Ontario and Quebec. As the head of CGV’s development division, Eric oversees the advancement of multi-residential and commercial real estate projects. His expertise also extends to advanced financial modeling and the structural design of design-build and consulting projects.
Colin Keith
Director, Business and Corporate Development
With a background in corporate and transactional law, and having started his career with a prominent national law firm and an NYSE listed entertainment technology company, Colin brings a unique skill set to the CGV team by driving business growth, managing key clients, stakeholders, project relations, and guiding legal operations.
Tammy Royer
Director, Finance
Tammy brings a wealth of expertise with nearly 25 years of experience in the financial management and accounting sectors – all of which she has dedicated to CGV. In addition to overseeing all internal accounting and reporting operations (ensuring sound financial planning and decision-making for all companies within the CGV Group), Tammy often applies her finance expertise for the benefit of specific projects and clients.
Daniel Vezeau
Honorary Chairman
As a second-generation partner with close to five decades of experience in the construction industry, Daniel has played a pivotal role in shaping the growth of the company. Throughout his career, he has held a multitude of roles, ranging from site superintendent to chief estimator and project manager. While he is no longer directly engaged in daily operations, his invaluable guidance continues to be relied upon by the leadership team.
