Cadence Residence Expansion

A decade after developing and building the original Cadence Residence, CGV was approached to explore an expansion of the senior supportive living facility to meet growing demand in the community. The result is a 25,000-square-foot, single-storey addition that connects to the original residence and provides 28 independent senior living units.

The expansion also includes a common room, laundry facilities, and an outdoor courtyard. Together, the two phases form a 60-unit senior living community on the same property.
