Centre de Santé Communautaire de Timmins

The Centre de Santé Communautaire de Timmins (Timmins Community Health Centre) is a new 10,900-square-foot facility built to support the organization’s primary and community care services for the Timmins community.

The building brings clinical, therapeutic, and community programming spaces together in a modern setting designed for staff, patients, and visitors. The project also involved significant site work to fit the new facility within the surrounding residential neighbourhood, including parking, pedestrian access, retaining walls, and stormwater management.
