Red Lake Affordable Housing

The Red Lake Affordable Housing project was developed to provide high-quality and cost-effective housing options in the community of Red Lake. Situated on 1.15 acres of land, the development comprises four separate buildings, including three 8-unit buildings and one 6-unit building. The 8-unit buildings offer 5,650 square feet each, while the 6-unit spans 5,050 square feet, resulting in a total of 22,000 square feet of living space. These housing options feature a variety of suites, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts, and are surrounded by ample green space – creating a welcoming and neighborly environment.
